From a young age, Chelsey had a passion for art and beauty. In high school, she took on a major in art at the arts high school in her hometown. Her love for art, beauty and science grew together very organically as she continued to pursue each discipline.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology, with honours at Nipissing University in North Bay, Ontario. This built her fundamental knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biochemistry of the human body. Chelsey then pursued her own cosmetic artistry business after becoming educated by some of the industry’s leading skin and cosmetic companies. After doing that, she completed another bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing also at Nipissing University. During this time, she maintained her cosmetic business and even attended the Mario Dedivanovic Masterclass in New York City.
Completing her nursing degree in a private cosmetic surgery facility, Chelsey then became certified in neuromodulator and filler injections in Barrie, Ontario. She obtained even further certification in advanced neuromodulator and dermal filler injections in Toronto, Ontario.
Chelsey is committed to cosmetic injecting with her strong understanding of biology, beauty, pharmaceuticals and safe nursing work. She marries this knowledge with a precise eye for facial harmony, exceptional communication skills and a warm and caring attitude. Chelsey was determined to pursue Cosmetic Nursing and continues to be committed to be a leader and innovator in the industry. Madelaine has extensive executive level Medical Practice Management experience including design, building, marketing and operating 60+ clinics all over Ontario for Canada’s largest multi-disciplinary medical group. In her 20 years working in the health care industry, she led multiple high-performance teams both in person and virtually, executing industry changing accomplishments including bringing Virtual Care access to patients and physicians as we see it today.
Madelaine’s first career and passion was in Aesthetics where she spent 10+ years building a brand and business focused on overall health, wellness, skin care and beauty coaching for her in person clients and online community. In addition to specializing in coaching, she provided an advanced Aesthetic and Makeup services for a wide variety of events including local and destination weddings and fitness competitions across the province.
As a graduate of Ottawa Academy of Aesthetics and Sprott School of Business as well as compassionate an empathic leader, she brings with her a unique blend of business development, sales, operations, clinical and aesthetic industry experience.
The unity of medical practice management, coaching and leadership roles combined with her passion and knowledge for the medical aesthetic and cosmetic industry brings her to The Cosmetic Clinic. First as a client and now as our COO!
Dr. Steve Radke is a medical director for The Cosmetic Clinic. He oversees that all medical histories and consents are done properly and ensures our patients are comfortable with their treatment plan. Dr. Radke is an integral part of the team to ensure our legal duty and medical standards are upheld. He is fundamental to the team atmosphere we have here.
Dr. Radke obtained an undergraduate degree in molecular biology at McMaster University, after which he attended medical school at the University of Ottawa. He completed his residency in family and emergency medicine in 2005.
Dr. Radke continued his passions through medicine and pursued a certificate of special competency in sport and exercise medicine. He has received his fellowship with the College of Family Physicians of Canada, where he maintains his membership. Additionally, he is a member of the Ontario Medical Association. He also currently practices family and emergency medicine at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital where he is also their Chief of Staff.
In 2017, Dr. Radke expanded his scope of practice to include cosmetic medicine and has a certificate in cosmetic neuromodulators, dermal fillers and sclerotherapy.

Nurse Mia is a Cosmetic Specialty Nurse and Nurse Manager here at The Cosmetic Clinic. Originally from Cornwall, ON, she moved to Ottawa to pursue her post-secondary education. She attended the University of Ottawa for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a few years later, continued her education at the University of Guelph to obtain her Business Degree.
Mia has worked in Oncology, Palliative Care and Education. She brings several years of experience to the team, having mentored and led health care professionals to achieve more, by bettering their knowledge, skills and practice. Mia continues to do so as an instructor to novice injectors, as well as a leader at The Cosmetic Clinic, helping our Cosmetic Specialty Nurses sharpen their skills, grow and flourish.
Mia always had a passion and interest in aesthetics from a young age, growing up alongside her mom who was always seeking out the most cutting-edge treatments and technologies for beauty. It was meant to be that Mia would find a way to combine her science and business background, together with the fine art that is beauty. Taking the plunge a few years ago to gain aesthetic education, Mia is now an indispensable asset to the team, bringing passion, precise skill and artistry. She will help you achieve beautiful and natural results, that leave you feeling empowered and confident.

Nurse Brianna, a Cosmetic Specialty Nurse and Aesthetics Specialist at The Cosmetic Clinic in Ottawa, is dedicated to helping you achieve your best self. Originally from North Bay, she ventured to Ottawa to pursue her education at Algonquin College, where she laid the foundation in Biotechnology and Health Sciences before earning her diploma in Registered Practical Nursing. She further honed her skills through advanced Cosmetic Nurse Training in Ottawa and Toronto.
Brianna’s diverse nursing experience includes work at the harm reduction center at Shepards of Good Hope and in the operating room at The Ottawa Hospital. However, her true passion lies in Cosmetic Nursing, where she seamlessly combines her love for science, patient care, and the art of health and beauty. Brianna’s artistic talents extend to makeup and cosmetics, allowing her to provide expert guidance and enhance the natural beauty of her patients.

Nurse Connor is a Cosmetic Specialty Nurse who got her start with The Cosmetic Clinic in North Bay. Since then, she has moved to our Port Elgin location!
Connor was born and raised in a little town called Haliburton. She moved from there to North Bay to attend Nipissing University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and graduated with honours. During her time at Nipissing she met Chelsey, who went on to become Founder of The Cosmetic Clinic.
For the last few years, Connor has worked on Labour and Delivery in North Bay. With guidance from Nurse Chelsey and the rest of The Cosmetic Clinic team, she has completed her training and qualifications to become a Nurse Injector through the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine.
Connor brings an eager smile to The Cosmetic Clinic and enjoys working collaboratively with clients to achieve their beauty and skin care goals.
Born and raised in North Bay, Nurse Amanda graduated from Nipissing University’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing. For the last 3 years, she has worked at North Bay Regional Health Centre as a Labour and Delivery Nurse and Nipissing University as a maternity clinical instructor for the next generation of nurses.
Amanda is thrilled to be working in the field of cosmetic medicine with The Cosmetic Clinic, expanding her nursing knowledge every day.
Nurse Alexandra is a North Bay local with 10 years of nursing experience! In addition to being a Cosmetic Specialty Nurse at The Cosmetic Clinic, she also works on the Inpatient Surgery unit at the North Bay Regional Health Centre.
